DHS Changes: 2006-10-05 Profiled target xmlns:ex namespace; was urn:iso.org:standard:10303:part(28):version(2):xmlschema:common due to the change below Profile of IAI configuration.xsd for NIEM that omits optional notation attributes on the type and attribute elements. Those attributes are not present in the configuration.xml file used to generate the IFC XML/Schemas from EXPRESS. They are schema ERRORs according to http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/REC-xmlschema-2-20041028/datatypes.html section 3.2.1.9 Notation: "Schema Component Constraint: enumeration facet value required for NOTATION It is an ·error· for NOTATION to be used directly in a schema. Only datatypes that are ·derived· from NOTATION by specifying a value for ·enumeration· can be used in a schema. "
