SyncResponseEmployeeWorkSchedule

The purpose of the SyncResponseEmployeeWorkSchedule is to enable the SyncResponsehronization of Employee Work Schedule data that exists on separate data bases.  The SyncResponseEmployeeWorkSchedule allows the adding of new Employee Work Schedules as well as the modification of previously established Employee Work Schedules.
